Refund policy
The short version
You may return an online purchase within five business days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How the five days are counted
From the postmarked date your item was delivered, or the date a delivery notice was left for retrieval.
Condition
The piece must come back in the same condition it left us, with all tags intact and accompanied by your receipt.

Return shipping
Return shipping and insurance are your responsibility. Please insure the package for its full value and require a signature; we cannot refund a piece that does not reach us.
When you get your money
We issue the refund within five business days of receiving and inspecting the returned piece. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few days to appear.
Late returns
We cannot accept returns received after the five-day window. If you send a piece back late, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
Final sale
- Watches are not returnable.
- Made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale.
