Shipping policy

Processing

Please allow two business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern are processed the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery

Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. We cannot release a package without one. Packaging is discreet and carries no external branding.

Payment before shipping

All purchases must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. If you are paying by bank wire, proof of the sent wire must reach us within three days of purchase, and the piece ships once the wire has cleared.

International orders

International orders ship only to the billing address associated with the card used for payment. Shipping may be restricted by material composition, and packages may be held by customs in your country. Any duties, taxes or customs charges are your responsibility.

We cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country subject to United States or international embargo at the time of shipping.
