Art Deco Platinum Convertible Diamond Double Clip Brooch
Art Deco Platinum Convertible Diamond Double Clip Brooch
Platinum Convertible Diamond Double Clip Brooch
Description:
This large-scale Art Deco brooch from the 1930s is crafted in solid platinum and features a symmetrical design of fanned panels and interlaced scrolls set with approximately 25.54 carats of diamonds. The broad, wing-like sections are densely pavé-set with round diamonds, while the curved edges and central knots are highlighted by rows of channel-set baguette diamonds. Measuring 3.25 inches long and 2.50 inches wide, the piece is constructed as a convertible double clip brooch that detaches into two separate, symmetrical clips via a mechanical mounting on the reverse. The multi-dimensional design uses a high volume of diamonds in varying sizes to create a continuous textured surface across the entire platinum framework.
