Custom-crafted for Vogue Editor Edna Woolman Chase’s daughter, Ilka, the piece features an engraved caricature of Ilka and the title of her memoir, "Past Imperfect," replicated from the book's cover. The elegant box is adorned with enamel, diamonds, and platinum, epitomizing Flato’s celebrated artistry.
